Paul Massingill
PRESIDENT & CEO
As a founder of Service Driven Transport, Paul leverages his decades of experience in the transportation industry to effectively meet the needs and expectations of clients. He and his team earn client confidence and continued business with each and every shipment successfully picked up and delivered. Paul enjoys mentoring the success of Service Driven Transport’s entire team.
Paul studied Business at Cypress Community College and Criminal Justice at Golden West Community College before finding his enthusiasm for transportation and logistics.
Kyle Stewart
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Executive Vice President Kyle Stewart is known for his ability to tackle the toughest challenges with creativity, innovation, and tenacity to ensure all parties are satisfied. With this, he leverages his 15-year background to facilitate a fun and productive work environment for the entire Service Driven Transport team.
A Wenatchee Valley native, Kyle operates from the company’s headquarters in Wenatchee, WA.
Kyle and his wife Brook have two daughters and enjoy spending as much time outside as possible, whether it’s camping, playing softball, hiking, or exploring the mountains surrounding the valley.
Randy Massingill
CONTROLLER
Randy got his start in the logistics industry at an early age. While in high school, he started working with his father, the founder, and would come to work before school and return after. He most enjoys connecting with customers and carriers to coordinate and solve problems facing both sides of the industry. That focus has not changed in his 15-year career.
Randy holds a certification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management Systems from FEMA and is decorated Marine, having received the National Defense Service Medal, Sharpshooter Medal, and Good Conduct Medal. He is also a licensed helicopter, single and multi-engine pilot, and holds jet airplane pilot credentials.
Randy is based out of the Service Driven Transport headquarters in Wenatchee, WA and is married with three children
Brittany Massingill
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Over the course of her career, Brittany has built strong relationships with her clients. It is this level of trust that has earned her a reputation for creative problem solving and client responsiveness. She has earned a Certificate of Completion in Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School.
Brittany and her daughter enjoy spending time camping, hiking, swimming and exploring.
Brendan Pacheco
LOAD PLANNER
Brendan Pacheco is a Load Planner working from our Orange County, CA offices. His ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease and efficiency allows him to help maximize services.
Brendan loves working in a fast paced environment that allows him to use creativity and ingenuity to surpass client needs and meet demands.
When he’s away from the office, he likes to stay active and prefers lifting weights, hiking, and recreational sports. As a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan, you can usually find him cheering on his team during football season
Julia Patterson
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Julia Patterson is an East Wenatchee native and works as a Business Development Manager in the company’s headquarters. She holds TIA and CTB certifications.
After building a reputation for dependability while working at Amazon, she transferred her skills to Service Driven Transport. She most enjoys learning the unique needs of each client and finding creative solutions that exceed expectations.
Julia enjoys making a variety of crafts and spending time with her dog, Paco.
Kristin Finch
EAST-WENATCHEE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Kristin Finch is our East Wenatchee-based Operations Manager and has been a valuable member of the Service Driven Transport team for the past 10 years.
During this time, Kristin has connected with clients around the world. She truly enjoys using her talents to ensure the company runs smoothly.
Her role as Operations Manager keeps Kristin busy, but not quite as busy as keeping up with her twin daughters.
Kyndra Halliday
FLEET MANAGER
As the Fleet Manager for Service Driven Transport, Kyndra Halliday is a master at creative problem solving.
You can often find her in our Wenatchee, WA headquarters simultaneously managing multiple phonelines, moving a variety of types of freight, and doing it all with a smile. She most enjoys the feeling of satisfaction that comes from knowing she has helped clients and communities across the country through her very capable efforts.
When not managing the Service Driven Transport fleet, you can find Kyndra on the sidelines of her sons’ sporting events, hiking in the mountains, or enjoying the adrenaline rush that comes from her dirt bike.
Lacy Lusk
LOGISTICS PLANNER
Lacy Luskis a Logistics Planner based out of the Service Driven Transporthead quarters in East Wenatchee, WA.
Lacy loves talking with potential new clients and working with a team that feels like family.
She and her husband Justin are North Central Washington natives and enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors.
Samantha Mills
Office Manager, Edmond, OK
Samantha is a proud wife and mother to three children, all of which are very active in sports. When not cheering from the sidelines, she enjoys spending time with her family at the lake.
Manny Pacheco
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Manny Pacheco is our Business Development Manager in the Orange County office. After a 37-year career in law enforcement, Manny made a change that allows him to work alongside his son, Brendan.
Manny loves Service Driven Transport’s family environment and the ability to use creativity and ingenuity to deliver on client expectations.
In his off time, Manny loves spending time with his family, including new puppy Gunner. And during the football season, Manny and his family can be found-and heard-cheering on their beloved Pittsburgh Steelers
Roger Walls
TOP DRIVER
Roger Walls is a top driver for Service Driven Transport. He is a 16-time safety award winner and has won a truck driving state championship-besting 196competitors. Over the course of his 45-year career, he has covered more than 4 million miles with zero accidents. An elite driver, Roger brings his exceptional experience to the team, and a dependable can-do attitude that was learned during his time serving in the US Army.
Roger loves the family atmosphere of the Service Driven Transport team. When he’s not out on the road, you can find him fishing or out on the golf course.
Stephanie Cortez
Outside Sales Manager
Stephanie Cortez is an Outside Sales Manager based out of the Service Driven Transport headquarters in East Wenatchee, WA.
An Arizona native, Stephanie joined the team in 2021. She truly enjoys interacting with clients and supporting their operations and logistics strategies.
Stephanie is married and has two young daughters. The entire family enjoys spending time hiking and exploring the trail systems throughout North Central Washington
Zach Feeney
Business Development Manager- Oklahoma
Zach is a proud girl dad of his daughter Remi and a happy husband to his wife Ilona. In his free time, he enjoys golf, climbing, and yoga. On the weekends, you can find him and his family outdoors, enjoying nature – unless OU is playing. Boomer Sooner! We are happy to have Zach on board with Service Driven Transport.
Andrew Pacheco

Andrew Pacheco serves as a Load Planner out of our Lake Forest, CA office where he helps clients work through logistical challenges effectively and efficiently.
When he’s not supporting clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing at the beach, and kickboxing.
Jeremy Bridges
Business Development Manager- Oklahoma
In his free time, he likes to cook, learn, and have meaningful conversations. Some of Jeremey’s hobbies include golf, hiking and to be in the outdoors. Jeremey is excited to be with the company and we are happy to have him here.
